Interior Services is proud to have completed this ambitious project. The result of our work is the largest SolarTrac and Automated Shade project in Southern California. There are approximately 8,300 Linear Feet of roller shade and custom shade pocket on the project, and over 131,000 Square feet of custom woven shade fabric. MechoSystems has developed custom shade brackets and motor applications to make 26 atrium shades run up 60′ as required by the SolarTrac control system. Interior Services worked closely with the interior design, architect, Construction Manager and General Contractor teams throughout the duration of this project. Our greatest lesson in this project was understanding the true value of having the motorized shade contractor (Interior Services) provide and terminate all required low voltage.
