Completing brand new construction in March 2014, in the heart of Miracle Mile in Los Angeles, Interior Services worked closely with BRE Properties, Bernards Construction, and Mannigan interior design firm to create an aesthetic and functional window and sliding door coverings solution for residential units and common facilities. Top floor windows were provided with motorized MechoShades set with “Pass and Stop” designs. Solar Shades with fascia were applied to windows and sliding glass doors in multiple rooms per unit. One inch horizontal mini blinds were installed on all French doors to complete a pleasing finish to the new living spaces.
