Interior Services has worked with the dynamic OAC team comprised of NMS Properties (Owner), Design West (Interior Designer) and Frymer Construction on over 12 multi unit residential projects over the past 5 years in the Santa Monica area. The OAC team has consistently reviewed multiple product manufacturers and multiple installation companies and the winning team has continued to be Interior Services installing MechoShade products. Perhaps the most exciting thing about these projects has been the absence of service calls. All of the residential units are rentals and the MechoShade product and Interior Services installation has stood up amazingly well.
