Disney’s Grand Central Creative Campus expanded by 237,000 square feet of beautiful office space in 2012. The North Building features six stories of manual ThermoVeil 1300 series roller shades installed by Interior Services, helping achieve LEED Platinum status. The shades were covered in custom painted fascia to match the window mullions. Interior Services provided custom flexibility around existing building features such as corners, columns, slopes, and concrete joists, not to take away from the architectural vision of this creative space. Seen from the outside as well, the shades give a subtle addition to the already appealing view.
