Frank Gehry’s Second Century buildings designed and built for Worthe Realty are an architectural icon. Over 1,650 motors and over 3,600 bands of fabric cover floor to ceiling glass across 16 floors of tenant space. Due to the geometry of the façade, we have a mix of conventional rectangular shades, angle cut top down shades, and angle cut bottom up shades. There are also many elevations that are pitched requiring guide cables to ensure proper alignment. SolarTrac automation ensures that natural light is maximized while mitigating light and glare. NBBJ selected drapery fabrics create beautiful flex-use spaces at the interior of the building.
